COLONEL JEFF WILLIAMS (RET)
Retired U.S. Army Colonel Jeff Williams, with advanced degrees in Aeronautical Engineering, boasts 40 years of diverse flying experience, including military aviation, test flight, and space missions. Having piloted over 50 aircraft types and spent 534 days in space across four missions, he now contributes to the final production of the NEO Flyer for operational use.

SLTC TAY BOON CHONG (RET)
In his role as Deputy Director with Singapore's Ministry of Defense, Boon Chong is at the forefront of applying cutting-edge technologies to shape the future of defense systems and capabilities. As an esteemed veteran fighter pilot squadron commander, he skillfully maneuvered F16CD, A4-SU, and F5E fighter jets, playing a pivotal role in the success of the RSAF. Now, he brings over 30 years of operational expertise to the NEO Aeronautical team.

During his extensive design career, Mike Reeves has crafted a diverse portfolio spanning automobiles, aviation, and yachts, earning him multiple accolades, including three World Superyacht Design Awards. As a key member of the NEO Aeronautics team, he has shaped the brand's aesthetic, including the design and development of the NEO Flyer.

An entrepreneur and seasoned investor, Dickson has achieved success across various industries. He currently holds the position of CEO at Joyre TCMedi Spa, a pioneering company that combines Traditional Chinese Medicine with modern spa treatments and beauty aesthetics, employing advanced biomedical technology. In his role at NEO Aeronautics, he serves as the Director of Business Development, spearheading the development of business networks for funding and partnerships.

As a dedicated UAV designer and builder, Damian focuses on creating UAVs for commercial and industrial purposes, driven by his love for tinkering with electronics and building from scratch. In his role as Engineering Lead at NEO Aeronautics, he constantly seeks ways to enhance the NEO experience for everyone.

TAI YI LONG
With a decade of aerospace engineering experience, YiLong designs and builds cutting-edge UAVs, redefining aerial technology. He has contributed to groundbreaking UAV projects throughout his career, enhancing their capabilities for various applications, including aerial photography, environmental monitoring, search and rescue operations, and precision agriculture. Today, as part of the NEO Aeronautics team, he's helping bring the NEO Flyer to life.

Inspired by childhood experiences aboard diverse aircraft, Chandruth pursued a career in aviation, earning an Honors Bachelor of Engineering in Aerospace Systems. His expertise in Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) spans various industries, including drone racing. At NEO Aeronautics, he plays a vital role in implementing UAVs for positive impact and project success.
